Design
A consultant surveys the site, takes the pallet and forklift data, and returns a bay layout with costed options.
Manufacture
Steel is roll formed on our own line in Gembrook. LOADMASTER and UNEEDA frames and beams, made in Australia.
Install
Our crews install to AS4084 methodology, fix footplates to the slab and fit load signage before handover.
Inspect
A qualified engineer inspects, reports and recommends. On completion of repairs a compliance certificate is issued.

Safety audits
Damaged racking does not announce itself.
A bent upright holds its load until the day it does not. Keeping a pallet racking installation in good working condition is a workplace safety obligation and the cheapest insurance in the building. We book a qualified engineer to attend your site, inspect the installation, compile a report and recommend repairs. Once those repairs are complete, a compliance certificate is issued.

We hold an ever changing stock of pre-used and reconditioned pallet racking and shelving. All of it meets Australian standards, so the saving comes out of the price and not out of the safety margin. Stock turns over quickly. Call to check what is on the floor today.

What buyers ask us before they order
Do you manufacture the racking, or resell it?
We manufacture it. Noble Trading Manufacturing has operated its own plant since 1988. LOADMASTER and UNEEDA are our brands, rolled from Australian steel in Australia. When you buy from us you are buying from the manufacturer, and when something needs to change we change it on our own line.
Does your racking comply with Australian standards?
Our product range and our installation methodology comply with AS4084, the Australian standard for steel storage racking. Noble Trading Manufacturing is also ISO 9000 quality certified.
How often does pallet racking need to be inspected?
Racking should be inspected regularly as part of your workplace safety obligations, and always after any forklift impact. We book a qualified engineer to attend your site, inspect the installation, report on damage and make recommendations. Once repairs are completed a compliance certificate is issued.
Can you inspect racking that Noble did not supply?
Yes. We carry out safety inspections on all racking types, including Dexion, Colby, Spacerack, Schaefer, Acrow, Brownbuilt, Interlake, Mecalux and imported Dexion copies.
Do you sell second hand racking?
We hold an ever changing stock of pre-used and reconditioned pallet racking and shelving. All second hand racking we sell meets Australian standards. Stock moves quickly, so call to check what is on the floor.
Where do you install?
We design, manufacture and install across Australia. That includes Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and regional sites throughout the country.
What is the smallest job you will take?
One bay. No job is too big or too small for Noble Trading Manufacturing.
