Racking parts and accessories.
Everything that keeps a racking system standing, safe and adjustable. Manufactured under the LOADMASTER brand.
LOADMASTER components
Components, protection and compliance hardware.
We manufacture the parts, so we can supply a single beam or a full bay, for systems we installed last month or a decade ago.
Frames
The uprights of a racking system. A pair of columns with horizontal and diagonal bracing, bracing bolts, bracing blocks, base plate and fixings.
Load beams
Step beams carry a rolled step to seat pallet supports and wire decking. Box beams present four flat sides. Both mount on integral rivets or hooks.
Beam safety clips
Reduce the risk of a beam disengaging from the upright. High tensile steel, electroplated to resist rust.
Column guards
Reduce damage to racking caused by forklift operation. Several styles to suit different racking applications.
Rack protectors
LOADMASTER rack protectors sit between the upright and the forklift or palletised stock, absorbing the impact.
Footplates
Provide the point of support for the upright to be fixed to the concrete floor, and carry the weight of the frame.
Levelling plates
Positioned between the floor and the footplate to correct slight imperfections and irregularities in the slab.
Frame ties
Secure frames in back to back and double deep applications, holding the recommended spacing for a standard pallet.
Bracing blocks and spacers
Used where a single brace meets an upright, preventing the frame from being crushed as the bracing is tightened.
Splice kits
Extend the storage height of existing frames.
Post pallet channels
Guide pallet boxes, mesh cages and other containers with legs. Lock over standard beams and adjust along them.
Load and maintenance signage
Mandatory on every system accessed by a forklift, or where the top beam level exceeds 2400mm from the ground.
Talk to an engineer
Send us your floor plan. We will send back a layout.
Tell us the footprint, the pallet type and the forklift you run. Our design team returns a racking layout with bay configuration and a costed option, usually within two business days.
